Returns and Refunds

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product within 30 days upon you received the products.

Returns and Replacements

We are dedicated and confident to provide you a perfect purchasing experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days for a refund. Or exchange the unsatisfied items. Please contact us or submit a support ticket for instructions on how to return the goods. Once we have them back, we will issue a refund or send replacements.

*Important*

Customizing orders do not support return, replacement and refund. All custom made items should be confirmed upon proof samples. Once the samples approved, items will be processed in strict accordance with standard production. You will be responsible for any design changing, order canceling, etc.

Items purchased through special promotion, clearance sales, or were given as free gifts are not eligible for returns or exchange.

For exchanging items, if the problem was our mistake we will take care of the shipping cost. Or you are responsible for the returning and re-sending shipping cost.

Unconditional Re-delivery or Refund

 1. If a missing issue arises, we will re-send your order immediately. If you don't want to wait for the new shipment, you could choose a full refund for the lost parcel.

2. If you have received a damaged package, please take a photo before you open the package and return the damaged one to the courier. Then contact us or submit a support ticket. We will re-send the parcel or refund your order upon receiving your feedback.

3. If you found damaged items after confirming receipt of the package. Please contact us with photo proofs or submit a support ticket. We will send you replacements or issue refund for the damaged items unconditionally.

Cancellation/Alternation for Bulk Orders

Customzing orders do not support return, replacement and refund. All custom made items should be confirmed upon proof samples. Once the samples approved, items will be processed in strict accordance with standard production. You will be liable for any design changing, order canceling, etc.

After your artwork has been approved, we submit your order to the factory for customizing. We understand that occasionally a situation may arise where a change needs to be made after art approval. Should this occur, we will do our best to notify the factory of the change before production begins.

1. You may incur setup fees to change the design after the proof sample being processed.

2. You may incur setup fees to change the design works once the sample has been be approved by your side.

3. You may incur setup fees to change your order once it has entered the preparatory stage.  

4. We are unable to change or cancel your order once the production is completed.

5. You will be liable for the full cost of production for refusing your order with no reason.
