1. Delivery Time
Total delivery time is composed of two parts:
The first part is the processing time.
This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 2-3 days normally.
The second part is the actual shipping time.
This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the carrier to the destination.
Express shipping(Air Freight) normally takes 5-10 days depends your location.
Ocean/Land transportation normally takes 25~45 days depends on your location.
1. WE DO NOT TAKE URGENT ORDERS!
We can't not control the transportation speed and there is no way for us to accelerated the customs clearance process after the parcel has been shipped out.
If you have special requirements about the delivery time, please contact us before you place the order.
2. Order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed during traditional Chinese Spring festival season. We will send you notification via Email.
3. Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for any wrongful information provided during registration which causes late delivery or losses. You shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
4. Please NOTE that customs clearance can increase the delivery time if your package is held up by customs officials. And you, as the recipient(Importer) have the responsibility to clear the goods from your local custom. Packingidea.com will not be responsible with unexpected delay like custom's process, customs confiscated, weather condition, local carrier dispatch delay etc.

Delivered Duty Paid
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid, meaning seller bears complete expenses of transportation, customs clearance, and import duties and taxes to reach the goods at buyer's premise.
Delivered Duty Unpaid
DDU means Delivered Duty Unpaid, meaning that buyer has to bear the cost of import customs clearance, and import duties and taxes, while seller is responsible for all other charges. DDU does not include the Customs formalities, duties, or taxes. DDU does include the delivery to the door at destination and includes the origin and destination terminal handling charges.
Delivered at Place
DAP means that the seller pays all the costs of transportation (export fees, carriage, insurance, and destination port charges) up to and including the delivery of the goods to the final destination. The buyer is responsible to pay only the import duty/taxes/customs costs. The buyer also is responsible to unload the goods from the vehicle at the final destination. It is an Incoterm that replaced the former term DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
